The Centre for Corporate Law, Governance & Financial Laws (CCLGFL) at National Law University Delhi is a specialised academic institution dedicated to high-level doctrinal, empirical, and comparative legal research at the confluence of corporate governance, capital markets regulation, insolvency resolution, and financial jurisprudence.
Established within one of India's pre-eminent national law universities, the Centre serves as a collaborative bridge connecting legal academics, senior corporate jurists, judicial officers, financial economists, and regulatory authorities including SEBI, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
The Centre's flagship publication is the Journal of Corporate and Financial Laws (JCFL), an independent, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published on a Diamond Open Access basis.
